A Sound Sleep

Copyright © PhotoDisc Sleep is a natural part of everybody's life, but many people know very little about how important it is, and some even try to get by with little sleep. Sleep is something our bodies need to do; it is not an option. Even though the exact reasons for sleep remain a mystery, we do know that during sleep many of the body's major organ and regulatory systems continue to work actively.

Globalization brings lots of pressure to our daily life to be more productive, to earn more to be able to spend more, to show others we are no less than them. To adjust with this high pressure, we start sleeping less and thus getting less time for our social and leisure life. The stress resulting from this steals away even more of our sleep. To some extent, it is fine if we sacrifice our sleep to fulfill other demands, but after that it affects our body clock and our brains functionality gets affected and that ultimately ruins our health and body. .A normal human being needs at least 8 hours of sound sleep for healthy lifestyle. You play with this rule and suffer a lot. Your whole day will be passed as if you have committed a crime the previous night.

Whatever we do at night, affects everything we do during the next day-be it our ability to learn, our memory, stamina, health , skills and safety. it affects our mood too. The chronic sleep disruption is the prime factor to be the single biggest trigger for depression. Everyone of us does have a troubled night sometimes. It is part of our life, subject to stress and worry.

Pattern of sleep keeps changing throughout the life. You will never be sleeping like a child always. As you grow up you start sleeping for less time, not because you have lot of work to finish, but only because you need less sleep for your body when you are aged between 16-35. Again, when we marry , we actually accommodate with the person whose sleeping habit may be totally different. Do whatever you want to do during daytime, but night you should keep for a sound sleep. Remember a night with the sound sleep is always being followed by a fresh morning with full of energy and a fresh morning gives you a perfect start to a wonderful and successful day and a great evening too. So, if you are awake and not able to read these lines, you should know this is the right time to go to your bed.

Have a sound sleep and sweet dreams….well !! it is known fact that after waking if you find that you had a nice dream, you should know that u had a great sound sleep…
